FM: Iran committed to help find peaceful solution to Syria crisis

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The foreign minister made the remarks here at a joint press conference with his visiting Greek counterpart Evangelos Venizelos.“Iran is open to all international mediators including the UN-Arab League Joint Special Representative for Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi.”He noted that “Iran is ready to help find a solution to Syria crisis through political tools and believes that only Syrians themselves should decide their future.”Brahimi is scheduled to arrive at Tehran on Sunday for an official 3-day visit. He will discuss latest developments concerning Syrian crisis with Iranian officials. /149
